Refund & Rescheduling Policy

At Spa Biz Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality lash training experiences. To ensure fairness and consistency for all students, we have established the following Refund & Rescheduling Policy.


1. Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits made to reserve a spot in any lash training course are strictly non-refundable.

Deposits secure your seat, training materials, and allocated time in our class schedule. By submitting a deposit, you agree to this policy and understand that it is non-negotiable under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Personal emergencies

  • Travel issues


2. Non-Refundable Course Fees

Once a student is officially enrolled and has paid in full (or completed payment plans), the course fee becomes non-refundable. This applies to all courses, including group trainings, 1:1 sessions, and online/in-person classes.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • No-shows

  • Partial attendance

  • Failure to complete the course

  • Dissatisfaction with the training content after participation


3. Rescheduling Policy (Flexible Within 6 Months)

We understand that unexpected events can occur, so we allow students to reschedule their training once, at their convenience, within 6 months of the original training date — at no extra charge.

To be eligible for rescheduling:

  • You must provide at least 7 day notice before your scheduled training date.

  • If you fail to give proper notice or do not show up, you forfeit your deposit and will need to re-enroll as a new student.

To request a reschedule, email us at spabizacademy@gmail.com with your name, original training date, and your preferred rescheduling date(s).


4. Instructor Cancellations

In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a class (e.g., due to illness, emergency, or low enrollment), you will be notified as soon as possible and offered:

  • A new date within the next 6 months

  • Or, the option to transfer your payment to another future class

We do offer refunds for cancellations initiated by the instructor only for reasons that are not an Act of God.


5. Policy Acknowledgement

By enrolling in our lash training courses and submitting any payment (deposit or full), you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
